At the request of our online readers, the Star Beacon will begin storing
a month's worth of obituaries here on our Internet site. To make it as simple
as possible, just go to the date you are looking for and click. Obituaries
for that day will stay on line until that date rolls around the next month.
They will then be replaced by the obits for the new month. (Day one
would start as March 1 and stay on line until replaced by April 1.) Please
check obits while they are on line. Once they are gone, they are gone.
One more tip: If you see the name you are looking for but the obit is
very short, just announcing the death, check the next day's list for the
full notice. Often someone dies later in the day and the family wants people
to know of the death, but don't have time to work out all arrangements.
